Yes, the gates are finally open!

A small gathering attended the official opening of the gates at Victoria Park including representatives of the Collingwood Football Club Archives Committee, the Official Collingwood Football Club Cheer Squad, and the Mayor of Yarra City, Cnr Amanda Stone and Yarra City officials.  The local primary school put on a ripping saucage sizzle and people gathered and discussed the future of the home of Mighty Magpies.

The tempremental weather failed to dampen the spirits of those in attendance on this historic occassion.
